Heymondo travel insurance can best be summarized in four ways: innovative, easy to deal with, versatile, and value for money. Innovative – Heymondo has changed the way a lot of ancient insurance companies sell. They are the new kids on the block* having launched back in 2016 and they’re changing things up a bit. On the app it has a 24 hour Heymondo Medical Chat feature and 24 hour Travel Assistant, both of which I haven't used, but, judging from the prompt replies received on the customer service feature, should be good.

Since I was going to be gone more than the original 90 days offered for long term they allow you to top up with extra time without having to return to Canada first. That fellow travellers is why I gave HeyMondo a 5 Star rating. I researched - a lotI have not heard of Heymondo, but it is associated with AXA a large intnl provider. The website was user friendly and I received a COVID Insurance Certificate. The website for the two companies in CR are not user friendly, in fact INS the state co did not work at all. My experience with Heymondo has been so positive, not just because of its high coverage and low prices but also because of the team of people who are there to help when things get worse during a trip.

So happy to have been referred to HeyMondo by a true fellow traveller. I have since referred to 3 other travellers who have now purchased their policy through your organization. Fortunately I have not had to use the policy - and do feel confident in that your service will be as seamless & user friendly as when I purchased it.
